We will be challenging the body with free weights and cardiovascular exercises while properly educating the client to know what muscles are being targeted when you perform that exercise. Clients will learn proper form/technique to make sure you don’t injure yourself. We will give each client the personal training experience and motivation to push yourself to your limit safely to achieve results. As your trainer we move at your pace, and are not here to embarrass you.
We have many clients that travel from various cities in Rhode Island, including Warwick, East Greenwich, Cranston and Providence for our life-changing services that we offer. We’re a state of the art private gym that has everything a big box gym would have but in a private setting. A couple differences between us and them? Positive vibes, no large crowds and you don’t have to wait for equipment. We understand larger gyms can be intimidating and very confusing. Regardless of which fitness goal you have to reach. It can be fat loss, gaining muscle mass, athletic training, fitness competitions, etc. No worries, we got this, we will get it done right. Boxing Training teaches the fundamentals of the sport to individuals of all ages. Fundamentals include proper footwork and punching technique. As clients progress we continue to develop these skills a long with additional proficiencies. Boxing is a great way to burn calories, learn self-defense skills, flexibility and coordination.
Youth Fitness teaches young adults (ages 8-17) the importance of healthy living through fitness. All training is tailored to be age and ability appropriate. Whether boxing, preparing for the start of sports season or just looking to get in shape.
Young Adults looking to get more fit and healthy will walk away from the sessions or classes feeling empowered. Exercises will focus on getting the body moving and introduced to new and interesting workouts.
Young Adults looking to take their fitness skills to the next level will be challenged and prepared based on their individual needs and the needs of their specific sport. Youth will walk away with a clear understanding of what it takes to be an elite athlete.

Extreme Fitness group training will take you to the next level of fitness. This advance class incorporates non-stop anaerobic/aerobic training that pushes your bodies’ abilities to its maximum.
Nutrition is the foundation for how our bodies work. We help all clients understand the importance of proper nutrition while they reach their fitness goals. Nutrition clients receive personalized plans, best practices for shopping for their plan and ongoing guidance.
